2. Nature of Services

Our company provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Website Design & Development

  • Graphic Design Solutions

Since these are intangible services, delivery timelines depend on the project scope, complexity, and agreed milestones.

3. Service Delivery Process

  • Project Scope Definition:

    • Before starting any project, we mutually agree on the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs.

  • Milestone-Based Execution:

    • Projects are divided into milestones (e.g., strategy, design, development, optimization).

    • Each milestone is reviewed and approved by the client before moving forward.

  • Mode of Delivery:

    • Services are delivered digitally via email, online dashboards, project management tools, or secure file transfers.

    • Website-related projects are deployed on client’s server/domain after approval.

  • Timelines:

    • Standard project timelines are discussed at the beginning.

    • Any delays caused by incomplete client input, late feedback, or third-party dependencies (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways) may affect final delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements.

  • Share necessary access credentials (e.g., hosting, social media, Google accounts).

  • Respond to queries, provide feedback, and approve milestones on time.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • A service/milestone is considered delivered once approved by the client or deployed on agreed platforms.

  • In case of no response within 7 working days, the milestone may be treated as accepted and delivery closed.

6. Revisions & Support

  • Minor revisions within the defined scope are provided at no extra cost.

  • Any additional work, change requests, or enhancements outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

  • Post-delivery support terms are covered under separate maintenance/service agreements.

8. Governing Law

This Service Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.
