Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SEO Search Magnet, we value our clients and aim to deliver the best quality digital services including SEO, SMO, SMM, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and more. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Project-Based Services
All projects begin with detailed discussion, discovery/analysis, and the creation of a scope of work document. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of deliverables before work begins.
As time, effort, and resources are invested into every milestone, refunds are not possible for work already completed.
Once mock-up designs are approved and the project moves into the development phase, no refund will be provided.
There are no partial refunds for projects that are midway through a milestone phase.
2. SEO, SMO, and Digital Marketing Services
SEO, SMO, and digital marketing packages are based on ongoing efforts and resource allocation.
These services are non-refundable once initiated.
Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 15-day prior written notice.
3. Special Offers and Promotions
Services purchased under special discounts, promotional campaigns, or limited-time offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
4. Dormant or Abandoned Projects
Payments made for projects that remain inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Mutual Termination
In case a project is terminated on a mutual basis, the client will retain rights to all completed work up to the termination date.
However, any previous payments or deposits made will not be refunded.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
